摘要
对超声-铁屑协同体系降解刚果红染料废水进行了研究。考察了超声功率、铁屑投加量、溶液初始pH值对色度脱色率的影响。实验结果表明,超声-铁屑之间存在协同作用,处理刚果红染料废水的效果大于超声和铁屑单独处理的算术之和。500 mg/L刚果红溶液的最佳处理工艺条件为:超声功率为180W、铁屑投加量为15 g、pH值为3.0,色度脱色率达到97%。
The degradation of Congo red dye wastewater by Ultrasound-Iron coordinated system was studied. The effect of the ultrasonic power, iron dosage, solution initial pH on the decolorization rate of color were investigate. The experimental results show that the synergy existence between Ultrasound and Iron. Deal with Congo red dye wastewater with Ultrasound-Iron coordination, the color removal is greater than the arithmetic sum of Ultrasound and Iron treated separately. The optimal treatment technology conditions of 500mg/L Congo red solution: ultrasonic power is 180 W, iron dosage is 15g,pH is 3.0,the decolorization rate of color reached 97%.
