摘要
在陶瓷膜设备的运行过程中,需要周期性地对膜元件进行反冲洗,以保证出水正常和延长膜元件使用寿命。从恒压过滤、恒通量过滤两方面出发,分别以追求系统最大有效透水率和最大经济效益为目的,结合实际操作中通过试验所确定的反冲洗周期,在确保陶瓷膜设备的正常运行的条件下,提出了陶瓷膜最佳反冲洗周期的计算和取值方法。所得的最佳反冲洗周期可作为实际应用中的参考,对于实现陶瓷膜设备的优化运行和指导陶瓷膜设备的自动化控制具有一定的理论意义。
During the operation of the ceramic membrance device,regular backwash for the membrance units is required,so as to ensure the quality and quantity of the processed water and to lengthen the membrance units' life.This article started from constant flux filtration and constant pressure filtration,with maximum water permeability and economic efficiency as their goal respectively,considered the value of the backwash cycle obtained in practical experiment,proposed the computation and definition of the optimum value of backwash cycle under the condition of the proper functioning of the ceramic membrance device.The results of this article can be a reference in practice,and will be useful in optimizing the operation and instructing control automation of the ceramic membrance device.
