摘要 以孔径200 nm的Al2O3陶瓷膜死端过滤处理低温低浊水。研究了反冲压力、跨膜压差对膜通量的影响,通过实验数据统计学分析,确定反冲压力在0.5~0.6 MPa对膜通量影响不显著,膜通量不随跨膜压差线性增长,跨膜压差拐点为0.2 MPa。确定了氢氧化钠和次氯酸钠混合清洗为最适宜清洗方式,验证了滤后水部分指标安全性。 Al203 ceramic membrane with a pore size of 200 nm was introduced to treat low temperature and low turbidity water with the dead-end. The effect of the factors, such as backwash pressure and TMP, on the permeate flux have been studied. Based on the statistical analysis of the experimental data, the condi- tions are made certain as follows : The backwash pressure of 0.5 - 0.6 MPa on the permeate flux is not sig- nificant, flux does not grow linearly with the TMP, the TMP Inflection point is 0.2 MPa. NaOH/NaC10 composite cleaning procedure is put forward and the made water safety has been verified.
