摘要
以孔径200 nm的Al2O3陶瓷膜错流过滤处理松花江低温低浊水,运用最优化设计计算得到反冲洗周期理论最优值94.8 s,开展正交实验确定跨膜压差(TMP)及反冲洗压力影响显著,反冲洗时间影响不显著,确定跨膜压差0.2 MPa,反冲洗压力0.5 MPa,反冲洗时间4 s为适宜。
A A12O3 ceramic membrane with a pore size of 200 nm was introduced to treat low temperature and low turbidity water with the cross-flow filtration. The Optimal theoretical value of backwash cycle is 94.8 s, TMP and the backwash pressure are proved significant on the permeate flux and the backwash time is not with the orthogonal. Based on the statistical analysis of the experimental data, the conditions are made certain as follows: TMP is 0.2 MPa , the backwash pressure is 0. 5 MPa and the backwash time is 4 s.
