摘要
报道了利用椭偏反射法对掺杂型极化聚合物α′-氰基 - 4′-硝基 - 4 - N,N-二甲基胺基CNDS/PMMA薄膜电光系数的测量 ,并实时测量了镀 Al电极的 CNDS/PMMA薄膜电光信号的弛豫过程 ,深入分析了引起此过程初期异常弛豫的原因 .
The elliptical reflection method was used to measure the electro optic coefficient of doped α′ cyano 4′ nitro 4 N,N dimethylstibene (CNDS)/PMMA films. The decay of electro optic signal of CNDS/PMMA films with an coated Al electrode was measured in situ. A slow relaxation process was observed in the first few hours of the decay. Possible reasons were discussed.
