摘要
制备了利用KCl/Al作为负电极的有机电致发光器件,器件结构为ITO/NPB/Alq/KCl/Al,KCl层的加入增强了电子注入,当其厚度为1.5 nm时,器件的性能最好.与单层Al电极的同类器件相比,此时器件的开启电压由Al电极时的5 V降低到了2.5 V,器件的亮度在11 V时由231 cd/m2提高到15 070 cd/m2,器件的发光效率也增加了10倍,达到2.79 cd/A.
Fabricating an organic light-emitting device with high efficiency and brightness thin KCl/Al as cathode. The structure of the devices is ITO/NPB/AIq/KCl/Al, and the insertion of the ultra-thin KCl layer enhances the electron injection in this device. As a result, when the thickness of the KCl layer is 1.5 nm optimized, the OLEDs' properties show best,its maximum brightness is 15 070 cd/m^2 at 11 V, while the device with Al cathode exihihit only 231 cd/m^2. And the operating voltage for devices with KCl/Al cathode is lower (2. 5 V) than those of devices with Al cathode (5. 0 V). Its luminescent efficiency is 10 times than that of devices with Al cathode.
