三维适形放疗对非小细胞肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨三维适形放疗对非小细胞肺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取2010年3月至2012年4月于本院采用三维适形放疗进行治疗的23例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组,同期采用常规放疗进行治疗的23例患者为对照组,后将两组患者放疗前及放疗后1个月、2个月的血清CEA、CA125、CY211及CA199水平进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的1个月和2个月的血清CEA、CA125、CY211及CA199水平均低于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论三维适形放疗可有效降低非小细胞肺癌患者的血清肿瘤标志物,临床应用效果突出。
