保留女性生殖器官的根治性膀胱切除 被引量：2

摘要 膀胱癌发病率在美国居女性恶性肿瘤的第9位，在我国排在第12位以后，近些年女性膀胱癌发病率呈逐步提高的趋势。治疗肌层浸润性膀胱癌的金标准为根治性膀胱切除，女性膀胱与子宫阴道之间没有像男性那样的Denonvillier筋膜可以阻挡膀胱癌侵犯生殖器官，同时泌尿、生殖器官拥有相同的淋巴引流路径，所以传统上女性根治性膀胱切除称为前盆切除，切除范围包括膀胱及周围脂肪组织、盆腔淋巴结、女性尿道、
