摘要
膀胱癌是一种泌尿系统临床常见肿瘤,近年来人生活方式、生存环境及饮食习惯改变,该疾病发生率有明显增高趋势,逐渐成为威胁居民身心健康和生活质量的重要疾病。肌层浸润性膀胱癌属于较为严重的证型,目前临床多行根治性膀胱切除术治疗,术后患者生存时间虽然延长,但生活质量一般较差,还易发多种合并症,影响预后质量。保留膀胱治疗是近年来提出的一种新型治疗理念,本文主要探讨肌层浸润性膀胱癌保留膀胱治疗进展,期望能为后续研究提供参考。
Bladder cancer is a common clinical tumor of the urinary system.The incidence of bladder cancer has increased significantly in recent years due to the changes in lifestyle,living environment and dietary habits,and it has gradually become an important disease threatening the physical and mental health and quality of life of residents.Muscular invasive bladder cancer belongs to the more serious syndrome type.At present,radical cystectomy is widely used in clinic.Although the survival time of patients after operation is prolonged,the quality of life is generally poor,and many complications are prone to occur,which affects the quality of prognosis.Bladder-sparing therapy is a new treatment concept proposed in recent years.This article mainly discusses the progress of bladder-sparing therapy for myometrial invasive bladder cancer,hoping to provide reference for future research.
