摘要
目的:观察MTX(甲氨蝶呤)联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:收集笔者所在医院2011年1-12月共收治的符合保守治疗的70例宫外孕患者,其中观察组35例,采用MTX联合米非司酮及中药治疗,对照组35例,采用MTX(50mg/m2)单次肌内注射方法,定期监察两组血β-hCG水平及B超监测包块情况直至正常。结果:观察组痊愈率达80.0%(28/35),对照组痊愈率达77.1%(27/35),两组痊愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组血β-hCG转阴时间、平均住院时间较对照组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MTX联合米非司酮及中药保守治疗异位妊娠可明显缩短住院时间,值得临床推广。
Objective ： To observation on the curative effect of MTX combined with mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ectople pregnancy.Methods ： 70 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital in January 2011 to December 2011 accorded with conservative treatment criterion, 70 cases were divided into two groups.Observation group（35 cases of patients） was treated with MTX（50 mg/m2） to intramuscular injection combined with oral Mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicines, and the contrast group was treated with MTX single-does（50 mg/m2） to intramuscular injection only. After treatment, the serum β -hCG levels and trans-vaginal B-ultrasonic inspection were examined until return to normal level.Results ： The curative rate was 80.0%（28/35）in observation group, and 77.1%（27/35）in contrast group.There was no difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.The time of β -hCG return to normal level and hospitalization in observation group was shorter than contrast group, there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion ： The combination of single-dose MTX intramuscular injection with Mifepristone and traditional Chinese medicine in treating tubal pregnancy is shorten the time of hospitdization.lt was worth to popularizing in clinical practice..
