MTX联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕效果观察 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨MTX联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法选取2008年10月至2010年12月于大庆龙南医院进行保守治疗的86例未破裂宫外孕患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(MTX组)43例和观察组(MTX联合米非司酮组)43例,后将两组患者的治疗有效率、血清β-HCG降至正常水平时间及不良反应发生率进行统计及比较。结果观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,血清β-HCG降至正常水平时间短于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,经比较,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论 MTX联合米非司酮治疗宫外孕效果卓著,安全性高,值得推广应用。
