摘要
目的:探讨中药用于异位妊娠保守治疗的临床效果。方法:将140例符合保守治疗的异位妊娠患者随机分为2组,两组均予以米非司酮50mg,2次/d口服,连服3天,甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2单次注射。观察组同时给予中药治疗。结果:观察组较对照组治愈率高,治疗时间短,副作用少。结论:中药保守治疗具有治愈率高,不良反应少,缩短住院时间的特点,是一个目前在异位妊娠保守治疗中值得广泛推广的方法。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods： Selected 140 patients with ectopic pregnancy,who were In line with conservative treatment,Randomly divided into control group and observation group,two groups both were given methotrexate combined with mifepristone treatment.The conservative treatment of observation group has high cure rate,lower adverse reactions,shorter length of stay and is worthy of clinical promotion in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
