摘要
本文在对我国卫生人员薪酬待遇的现状及困境进行分析的基础上,借鉴劳动力市场理论和人力资本理论,对医疗卫生人员的薪酬水平决定问题进行了分析,指出我国医疗卫生人员的薪酬水平较低不符合市场经济的基本规律,因此,需要立足中国国情,不断调整和提高医疗卫生人员的薪酬待遇,最终努力实现医疗卫生人员薪酬的市场化,以确保中国医疗卫生事业的健康发展。
This paper first analyzed the status quo and problems of the compensation of health providers in China, then discussed the principles that determine the compensation of health providers based on labor market theory and human capital theory. The conclusion is that the low level of the compensation of health providers in China is not consistent with the basic law of the market economy system. The compensation of health providers should be increased properly under the current situation, and the future reform should focus on the the compensation based on supply and demand equilibrium to ensure the healthy development of China health industry.
