摘要
目的了解齐齐哈尔市社区护士工作满意度的情况。方法利用分层系统整群抽样的方法进行现场自填式问卷调查,使用SPSS13.0软件进行结果分析。结果齐齐哈尔市社区护士的总体满意度得分为(97.97±15.33)分;工作满意度的6个维度由高到低排序为:人际关系、工作本身、领导与管理、培训和晋升、报酬与福利、工作条件。结论社区护理人员的总体满意度不高,有待于改善社区护士的工作条件和提高社区护士的薪酬福利,以及建立、健全社区护士岗位培训体系,从整体上提高社区护士的工作满意度。
Objective To learn current job satisfaction of community nurses in Qiqihar. Methods Stratified systematic cluster sampling method was adopted and self - administered questionnaire survey was carried out on - site, SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data. Results Job satisfaction of community nurses in Qiqihar was(97.97 ± 15.33), scores of six dimensions of job satisfaction ordered as follows: interpersonal relationship, profession itself, leadingship and management, training and promotion, salary and welfare and working conditions. Conclusions The overall job satisfaction of community nurses is not high. In order to increase job satisfaction of Cormnunity nurses, series of measures should be taken, such as improving working conditions of community nurses; increasing salary and welfare and establishing appropriate professional training system.
