摘要
目的了解宁夏回族自治区2009-2011年儿童预防接种证查验工作开展现况,为提高儿童疫苗接种率提供科学依据。方法按照统一方案,对宁夏2009-2011年度入托、入学儿童进行预防接种证查验工作。结果 2011年小学和托幼机构查验率达到了100.00%,儿童查验率也达到了99.73%,3 a间儿童持证率逐年上升,2011年达到了95.98%。查验儿童漏种率呈逐年下降趋势,补种率3 a均维持在80%以上。白破疫苗是漏种和补种最多的疫苗。结论应采取多种措施促进儿童预防接种证查验工作,切实保护儿童身体健康。
Objective To study the immunization status of the children at the admission to child care setting and school in NingXia,and to provide evidence for further improvement of the vaccination rate and infectious disease control and prevention.Methods The immunization certificates of children in kindergarten and school were checked according to the unified program.Results The inspection rate of kindergartens and primary schools was 100%.The inspection rate of children was 99.73%.Children holding situation has improved significantly,to permit the rate rises year by year,reached 95.98% children,check leakage rate assumes the drop tendency,reseeding rate in 80% above.The DT was most missing and replant vaccine.Conclusion It is suggested that a variety of measures should be taken to promote the examination certificate of children and Expanded Program on Immunization.
