摘要
[目的]了解大连市托幼机构、小学新生预防接种证查验及补种状况。[方法]2009年12月7~18日采用横断面调查方法对大连市1 504所托幼机构和学校入托（学）的新生进行调查。[结果]调查1 504所学校（实际报告查验的托幼机构及小学校1 003所）,报告学生总人数106 398,实际学生总人数106 398,查验90 223人,查验率为84.80%。托幼机构及小学查验率分别为66.69%和84.80%,儿童持证率为95.75%,儿童补种率为100.00%,卡介苗、乙肝、脊灰糖丸、百白破、麻疹五种疫苗的补种率分别是91.30%、67.84%、84.54%、80.99%、79.15%。各县（市、区）的预防接种持证率和补种率之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]大连市儿童预防接种证查验、补种工作有待于进一步改进和完善。
[Objective] To evaluate the current status of vaccination certificate inspection and supplementary vaccination among children in kindergartens and primary schools in Dalian.[Methods]In December 7-18,2009.1 504 kindergartens and primary schools and the newly enrolled children were evaluated by Cross-sectional investigation.[Results]1 003 kindergartens and primary schools,and 90 223 of 106 398（84.79%） children were investigated.The inspection rate of kindergartens and primary schools was 66.69% and 84.80% respectively.The possession rate of vaccination certificate was 95.75% in children.The rate of supplementary vaccination was 100.00% in children.The rate of supplementary vaccination for Bacille Calmette-Guerin,Hepatitis B vaccine,polio vaccine,DPT vaccine,measles vaccine,and diphtheria-tetanus vaccine was 91.30%,67.84%,84.54%,80.99% and 79.15% respectively.Vaccination rate and the replanting rate of documented were statistically significant between different Counties（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Vaccination certificate and supplementary immunization of vaccines among children in Dalian need to be improved and enhanced.
