摘要
将除油剂XP应用到涤棉混纺织物常规皂洗工艺中,探讨了除油剂用量对涤棉混纺织物除油效果和皂洗效果的影响。试验结果显示,除油剂XP质量浓度为2～3 g/L,皂洗剂HS 2 g/L,织物的除油效果最好。除油剂XP不影响皂洗效果,处理织物色牢度好。
The deoiling agent XP is applied to soaping process of polyester-cotton blends. The influence of the dosage of deoil- ing agent on deoiling and soaping effect is discussed. The results show that the deoiling agent XP has a perfect deoiling ability and no negative effects on soaping and color fastness under the condition of deoiling agent XP 2 - 3 g/L and soaping agent HS 2 g/L.
