摘要
采用低温除油剂DM-1133对超细涤纶织物进行了低温除油处理,探论了除油剂体积分数、Na OH质量浓度、除油温度及保温时间对除油效果的影响,采用正交实验优化了工艺,并对比了去油前后的染色K/S值。结果表明,在优化工艺条件:除油剂DM-1133为7 m L/L,氢氧化钠1.5 g/L,除油温度为55℃,保温时间30 min下,采用低温除油剂DM-1133对超细涤纶织物进行低温除油处理后,织物毛效13.4 cm,白度为88.3,染色K/S值为9.088,基本与未油污前织物的性能相当,仅断裂强力有少量下降。
Low-Temperature degreasing agent DM-1133 was used to carry out low-temperature degreasing treatment for ultra-fine polyester fabric. The influences of volume fraction of degreaser,Na OH mass concentration,degreasing temperature and holding time on degreasing effect were discussed. Orthogonal experiment was adopted to optimize the technology,and K / S values of fabric before and after degreasing was compared. The results show that after low temperature degreasing treatment,the capillary effect of ultra-fine polyester fabric is 13. 4 cm; its whiteness is 88. 3;the K / S value is 9. 088 under optimized technical conditions: degreaser DM-1133 7 m L / L,Na OH 1. 5 g / L,degreasing temperature 55 ℃; holding time: 30 min. Compared with non-oil-polluted ultra-fine polyester fabric,the performance is almost equal,and breaking strength decreases a little.
