摘要
目前我国葡萄耕肥面积居世界首位,而葡萄园及时排水、灌溉,以及施肥、修根等所采用的传统的人工开沟耗时费力且生产率低下。国内外开沟机不是工程专用大型机械就是改进简易机型,没有葡萄园专用开沟机,影响了葡萄生产成本的降低和产业化生产。针对上述问题,设计了一种专门用于葡萄园开沟的回转盘式深开沟机,由动力传动装置、开沟装置、施肥装置、松(排)土装置等4部分组成。该设计为葡萄园的种植以及田间管理提供了一种机械化农具,具有广阔的应用前景。
Currently, the fertilizer area for grapes in our country is the largest in the world. The traditional artificial ditc- hing method for timely drainage, irrigation, fertilization and trimming root, is time -consuming and of low product efficien- cy. Domestic and foreign ditching machines are either large special engineering machines or improved simple machine model. There is no ditching machine special for vineyards. All the above factors hinder lowering the cost of grape produc- tion and the development of industrialization. In view of the above questions, this paper introduces a design of a rotary ta- ble type ditching machine special for vineyards, consisting of power transmission device, ditching device, fertilizer device and soil plough and discharge device. This paper conceives a mechanical fertilizer farm implement for vineyard planting and field management, which promises a broad application prospect.
