摘要
针对开沟机特别是旋转圆盘式开沟机的发展现状,设计了一种可换向式水平轴圆盘开沟机。该机能够克服传统旋转圆盘式开沟机只能单侧开沟的不足,并对其关键工作部件进行了全面的设计。通过样机的试制和试验,效果良好,达到了设计的各项要求,为果园作业又增添了新型机具。可换向式开沟机具有灵活的特点,能够在果园环境工作,弥补了传统机具这方面的不足。
Based on the development status of ditching machine, especially for the rotating disc ditching machine, we design this type of reversible horizontal axle plate ditching machine. The machine can overcome the weakness of the traditional rotating disc offset ditching machine. Through prototype trial and test, the result is favorable and meets the requirements of the design. The ditching machine has added a new type of equipment for the orchard. The ditching machine has the characteristic of flexible working in the orchard. The problem on the traditional machine has been resolved.
