摘要
【目的】针对我国林果施肥劳动强度大、施肥效率低的特点,设计一种果园开沟施肥覆土机,阐述了该设备的结构特点及工作原理.【方法】对影响施肥效果的各因素进行了正交试验.【结果】施肥量受开沟深度影响最大,受挤排肥铰龙转速影响次之,受机具前进速度影响最小;排肥均匀性变异系数受排肥铰龙转速影响最大,受开沟深度影响次之,受机具前进速度最小.【结论】当机具前进速度为1.5km/h,开沟深度为250mm,排肥铰龙转速为60r/min,施肥效果较好.
【Objective】According to the problems of high labor intensity and low fertilizing efficiency for forest fruit in China,designing a machine with the function of ditching fertilizing and covering earth and expounding the structure characteristics and working principle of the equipment.【Method】The orthogonal test was designed on the factors affecting the fertilization effect.【Result】The effect of trenching depth on fertilizing amount was the maximum,speed of fertilizer ejecting auger was the second and the machine speed was the minimum.Variation coefficient of fertilizer ejecting uniformity was mostly affected by auger speed,trenching depth was the second and the machine speed was the least.【Conclusion】Fertilization effect was best when the machine speed was 1.5km/h,the ditching depth was 250 mm and fertilizer auger speed was 60r/min.
