摘要
目的 :探讨磁性附着体在口腔义齿修复中的应用效果。方法 :将 18件磁性附着体应用于 12个修复体中 ,经固位力测试、X线检查及临床检测 ,随访观察 12 .5年。结果 :每个修复体采用 1件或 2件磁性附着体 ,每件磁性附着体的磁力 40 0g或 60 0 g ;其修复体的固位成功率可达 10 0 % ,并适应各个方向咀嚼力 ;在下颌牙列缺失的两个磁性附着体联合应用 ,固位效果显著增强 ,两年后的随诊检测其固位力仍未衰减。龈炎发生率为 5 .5 %。结论 :磁性附着体在可摘义齿修复中不仅增加固位强度 ,而且舒适美观 。
Objective: Our aim was to evaluate the applying effect of magnetic attachments in oral denture prostheses. Methods: Eighteen magnetic attachments had been restored for all or part defect of dentition. The cases were followed up for 1 to 2.5 years. The effects were evaluated by using the measurement of the retentive force of the prosthesers,X ray,and clinical examination. Results: The successful rate of the restoration was 100% . One set of magnetic attachment could offer 400 or 600 gram of retentive force, which could meet various functional needs of the prostheses. Magnetic retentive force didn’t decrease with the applying time of 2 years. The rate of gingival inflammation was 5.5%. Conclusion: The magnetic attachments are being used in the restoration of various removable denture. The effect is good.
