摘要
目的:建立壮腰止痛Ⅱ号合剂中藁本内酯的含量测定方法。方法:应用HPLC检测法,色谱柱为Kro-masiC18柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速1mL/min。检测波长325nm。结果:藁本内酯在0.01～0.05mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(R2=0.9990),平均回收率99.21%。RSD为0.85%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、快速准确,可用于测定壮腰止痛Ⅱ号合剂中藁本内酯的含量。
Objective：To establish a content determination method of ligustilide in Zhuangyao Zhitong ⅡMixture. Method：HPLC detection method was used. The column was KromasiC18 column （51μm, 4.6mm×250mm）, a mobile phase of methanol- water （70：30 ） , flow rate l mL/min. The detection wavelength was 325nm. Results：Ligustilide in 0. 01 -0.05mg/mL had a good linear relationship （R2 = 0. 9990）, the average recovery rate was 99.21%, RSD 0.85 % （ n = 9 ）. Conclusion ： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for determination of ligustilide content in Zhuangyao Zhitong Ⅱ Mixture.
