摘要
采用离体裸鼠皮肤，以阿魏酸为指标成分，应用ＶａｌｉａＣｈｉｅｎ水平扩散池和ＨＰＬＣ检测法，考察当归所含当归挥发油对阿魏酸透皮吸收的影响。结果表明：１％、２％、３％浓度当归挥发油对阿魏酸的透皮吸收均有促透作用，其中以２％浓度促透作用较强，并且强于同浓度的冰片（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The effect of volatile oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on percutaneous absorption of ferulic acid was studied on the skin of isolated nude mice, with ferulic acid as an index, ValiaChien horizontal diffusion cell and HPLC method. As a result, 1%, 2% and 3% volatile oils of Radix Angelicae Sinensis possessed the promoting action on percutaneous absorption of ferulic acid. Of them, 2% volatile oil showed the strongest promoting action and was stronger than 2% borneol in promoting action (P<0.01).
