摘要
目的:比较艾迪联合GP化疗方案与鸦胆子油乳联合GP化疗方案治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效与费用关系。方法:38例中晚期NSCLC病患分成A组19例与B组19例,A组给予艾迪联合GP化疗方案治疗,B组给予鸦胆子油乳联合GP化疗方案治疗。结果:艾迪注射液化疗方案与鸦胆子油注射液联合化疗方案,在生活质量、骨髓抑制程度、肿瘤进展时间(TTP)、免疫功能上比较均无显著性差异。A组的恶心、呕吐发生率为36.8%,B组的恶心、呕吐发生率为63.2%,两组比较存在显差异性。成本-效果分析A组的C/E有效率、C/E临床控制率均为最低。结论:艾迪注射液、鸦胆子油注射液用于联合GP化疗方案均是治疗中晚期的NSCLC的有效方案。从胃肠道反应及药物经济学方面比较,艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案较有优势。
Objective ： To compare the curative effect and the cost relations of Addie injection combined with GP chem- otherapy regimen and Brucea javanica oil injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods ：38 cases of NSCLC patients were divided into A group and B group, 19 cases in each group. A group received the treatment of Addle injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen, B group re- ceived the treatment of Brucea javanica oil injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen. Result： Addie injection chemotherapy regimens with Brucea javanica oil injection combined with chemotherapy had no differences on the quality of life, bone marrow suppression, degree, time to tumor progression （TTP） immune function. Nausea and vomiting occurrence rate in A group was 36.8% , in B group was 63.2%, there was a significant difference between the two groups. For cost - effectiveness analysis, the efficiency of C/E of A group was the lowest, the clinical control rate of C/E of A group was the lowest. Conclusion ： Addle injection combined with GP chemotherapy regimen and Brucea javanica oil injection combined with GP chemotherapy are both effective treatment for advanced non small cell lung cancer. Addie injection combined with GP chemotherapy is superior compared from the aspects of gastrointestinal reactions and costs.
