摘要
山豆根中富含生物碱、黄酮等多种有效成分,具有抗肿瘤、增强免疫、抗心律失常等药理效应,具有潜在利用价值。通过查阅文献资料对其化学成分、药理作用和不良反应的研究进展进行简要概述。
Progresses in the studies on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Sophora tonkinensis were systematically reviewed in this article. As a valuable traditional Chinese medicinal herb,Sophora tonkinensis mainly con- tains alkaloids and flavonoids which display antitumor, immune - potentiation and antiarrhythmic activity. It would be a promising source of bioactive natural products.
