摘要
扶正抗癌口服液(简称口服液)由猪苓、莪术、天冬、山豆根等8味中药组成,已知具有明显的抗肿瘤作用和免疫增强作用。本研究发现,口服液经拆方后各单味制剂以及改方后的新制剂,其抗肿瘤作用均比原方减弱,表明口服液各药间具有协同作用。口服液与阿霉素联合应用能提高抑制作用,但不影响蛋白质合成。经流式细胞仪分析,口服液能使BGC823胃癌S期细胞明显减少。电镜观察到,口服液能使癌细胞浆中有大量空泡形成。
The relationship between the action of Bushen prescriptions (Zhuogui Pills or Yougui Pills) and their trace elements has been investigated. The result indicated that trace elements is the substential basis of Bushen prescriptions. It is directly responsible for the actions on reproductive system and immunity. The water-alcohol extraction method in production will make a lot of necessary trace elements suffer losses. This problem has to invite attention.
