免疫复方药味配伍对血管内皮细胞的保护作用 被引量:1

Herbal Interaction of MIANYI Decoction on Protecting Injured Vascular Endothelial Cells

摘要 目的:研究免疫复方的药味配伍作用。方法:以H2O2造成血管内皮细胞损伤,采用析因设计方法,考察免疫复方药味配伍对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:当免疫复方的君药和佐使药固定为黄芪、丹参和牡丹皮时,与只用一味臣药相比,白花蛇舌草与小蓟合用,可明显增加血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。小蓟与仙鹤草合用,仙鹤草与白花蛇舌草合用,只表现为单独使用小蓟或白花蛇舌草对血管内皮细胞损伤的保护作用。结论:白花蛇舌草与小蓟有交互影响,具有协同保护血管内皮细胞损伤作用。小蓟与仙鹤草及白花蛇舌草与仙鹤草之间没有交互影响。 Objective : Study on the herbal interaction of MIANYI composite decoction was made. Method: MTT method was performed for evaluating the protect effect of drugs on injured vascular endothelial cells by H2 O2 and factorial analysis of variance was employed to study the herbal interaction effect. Result : Compared with oldenlandia diffusa group, the pro- tect effect of oldenlandia diffusa + cirsium setosum group on injuried vascular endothelial cells were stronger( P 〈 0.05 ) , while the protect effects of oldenlandia diffusa + hairyvein agrimonia group and hairyvein agrimonia + cirsium setosum group on injured vascular endothelial cells were weaker. Conclusion:There is interaction between oldenlandia diffusa and cirsium setosum. Either hairyvein agrimonia and hairyvein agrimonia, or oldenlandia diffusa and hairyvein agrimonia have no interaction effect.
