摘要
目的:对免疫复方活性部位中的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶色谱等方法,分离纯化免疫复方中的化学成分。结果:从免疫复方活性部位分离得到16个化学成分,分别为隐丹参酮,丹参酮Ⅰ,二氢丹参酮Ⅰ,丹参酮ⅡA,邻羟基苯甲酸,阿魏酸,对羟基苯甲酸,咖啡酸,原儿茶酸,7-羟基-6-甲氧基-香豆素,没食子酸,绿原酸,对羟基香豆酸,原儿茶醛,苯甲酸,邻苯二酚。结论:以上16个化合物均为首次从免疫复方中分离得到。
Objective： To study the chemical constituents from active extraction of immunity composite decoction.Methods： The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and sephadex LH20.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra data.Results： Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as cryptotanshinone,dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA,oxybenzoic acid,ferulic acid,P-hydroxybenzcic acid,caffeic acid,protocatechuic acid,scopoletin,galic acid,caffeotannic acid,P-coumaric acid,protocatechualdehyde,benzoic acid,brenzcatechin.Conclusion： All of compounds were isolated from immunity composite decotion for the first time.
