摘要
目的:对免疫复方活性部位中的化学成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶色谱等方法,分离纯化免疫复方中的化学成分。结果:从免疫复方活性部位分离得到16个化学成分,分别为隐丹参酮,丹参酮Ⅰ,二氢丹参酮Ⅰ,丹参酮ⅡA,邻羟基苯甲酸,阿魏酸,对羟基苯甲酸,咖啡酸,原儿茶酸,7-羟基-6-甲氧基-香豆素,没食子酸,绿原酸,对羟基香豆酸,原儿茶醛,苯甲酸,邻苯二酚。结论:以上16个化合物均为首次从免疫复方中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from active extraction of immunity composite decoction.Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and sephadex LH20.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectra data.Results: Sixteen compounds were isolated and identified as cryptotanshinone,dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone Ⅰ,tanshinone ⅡA,oxybenzoic acid,ferulic acid,P-hydroxybenzcic acid,caffeic acid,protocatechuic acid,scopoletin,galic acid,caffeotannic acid,P-coumaric acid,protocatechualdehyde,benzoic acid,brenzcatechin.Conclusion: All of compounds were isolated from immunity composite decotion for the first time.
