摘要
结合九江长江公路大桥索塔工程,采用致密配合比方法对C50高性能清水混凝土进行了配合比设计,通过试验验证了混凝土的性能。试验结果表明:粉煤灰填充细骨料的填塞率α为13%,粉煤灰与细骨料混合物填充粗骨料的填塞率β为45%时,粉煤灰-细骨料-粗骨料粒料系统达到最密实堆积;水泥浆的富裕系数n为1.3和1.35时,设计出的高性能混凝土的工作性、力学性能和耐久性均满足索塔工程的设计和施工要求,且经济性较优。混凝土在索塔工程中的应用效果良好,索塔混凝土的外观质量完全达到了清水混凝土的质量要求。
Aiming at the engineering practice of cable support tower of Jiujinag Yangtze River Expressway Bridge,the mixture proportion of C50 grade high performance fair-faced concrete has been designed using a densified mixture design algorithm(DMSA),and the concrete properties were tested and verified.The experimental result indicated that when the filling ratio α of fine aggregate filled with fly ash is 13% and the filling ratio β of coarse aggregate filled with the mixture of fly ash and fine aggregate is 45%,the mineral particles system including fly ash,fine aggregate and coarse aggregate reached the closest packing;when the cement paste rich coefficient n is 1.3 and 1.35,the workability,mechanical properties and durability of the designed HPC mixtures can meet the design and construction requirements of cable support tower engineering,and the production cost of concrete mixtures is relatively economical.The concrete mixtures have been confirmed by the application in cable support tower projects and the concrete appearance meets the quality requirements for the fair-faced concrete.
