摘要
针对细砂的实际工程,采用矿粉和粉煤灰超量取代部分细砂进行密实骨架堆积,实现混凝土最密实结构。试验结果表明,细度模数为2.2的砂和需水量比为105%的II级粉煤灰,利用140、350kg/m3的P.O42.5级水泥,可分别配制出C30、C50高性能泵送抗裂大体积混凝土,大幅度减小混凝土水化热,提高混凝土耐久性,降低混凝土生产成本。
Am at the real project of use fine sand,this astady introduce slag and FA excessively replace fine sand to the method of dense mixture ratio design of concrete, to reach the highest dense structure of concrete.The experimental result indicated that in allusion to raw material of the sand of fineness modulus is 2.3 and the ratio of the water requirement of FAII is 105%, use only 140,350kg/m^3 P· O 42.5 cement, may successfully produce C30 and C50 high performance pumping mass concrete,reduces the concrete hydration heat, enhances the concrete durability, reduces the concrete production cost in a large scale.
