摘要
目的探讨呼吸内科优质护理服务的临床意义。方法实验组(A组)对2010-04/12呼吸内科住院患者1 696例进行优质护理服务活动,对照组(B组)对2009-04/12同期住院患者1 457例进行普通护理服务活动。对患者进行满意度问卷调查,记录护理缺陷发生情况。结果 A组患者满意度高于B组(P<0.05),护理缺陷低于B组(P<0.05),并且在A组优质护理服务活动期间,护理组获得了护理部的流动红旗。结论优质护理服务方案实施及质量控制在呼吸内科取得了良好的效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of high quality nursing at respiratory dept.Methods Patients were divided into experiment group which accepted high quality nursing in hospital during Apr and Dec in 2010,and control group which accepted conventionally nursing in the same months in 2009.Results The satisfaction scores of patients in group A were higher than that in group B with significant difference(P0.05).The incidence rate of the nursing faulty were lower than that in group B with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing at dept of respiratory gained good effect.
