摘要
目的探讨"优质护理服务示范工程"的实践方法与效果。方法在全院范围开展"优质护理服务示范工程"建设活动,包括积极营造优质护理服务的良好氛围,着力改革临床护理工作模式,加大后勤辅助支持力度。结果护理人员规范化培训考评合格率达97.17%;全院130个护理单元护理质量检查全部达标;实现了护理服务零投诉;病人对护理工作整体满意度达94.20%。结论 "优质护理服务示范工程"活动是推动护理专业发展的有益探索。
Objective To explore the method and effect of carrying out ＂ high - quality care demonstration project＂. Methods The ＂high - quality care demonstration project＂ activities were carried out in the whole hospital. The measures included actively creating a good atmosphere of ＂ high - quality care＂ ,focusing on reforming clinical care models, and increasing logistics support. Results The passing rate of the standardized training evaluation was 97. 17%. All 130 nursing units of our hospital reached the standard of nursing quality. There were no any complaint events about care services. The satisfaction degree of patients with nursing care was 94.20%. Conclusion Carrying out ＂ high - quality care demonstration project＂ activities is a beneficial exploration to promote the professional development of nursing.
