摘要
目的探讨开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动的效果。方法以《2010年优质护理服务示范工程》活动中《住院患者基础护理服务项目(试行)》、《基础护理服务工作规范》和《常用临床护理技术服务规范》3个文件的内容为指导思想,指导本科室开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动。比较活动前后病人对护理工作的满意度及护士的存在问题。结果开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动后,病人的满意度高于活动前、护士工作存在问题少于活动前(均P<0.05)。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动可以改善护理服务,规范护理行为,提高护理质量及病人满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of demonstration project on high quality nursing service in our department.Methods With the application of the following three documents,e.g.Basic Nursing Items of Patient in Hospital（trying out）,Basic Nursing Service Regulation and the Common Clinical Nursing Technology Service Regulation published during the enforcement of 2010 High Quality Nursing Service Demonstration Project,we conducted the project in our department.The patient＇s satisfaction about the nursing work and the nurses＇ mistakes at work were compared between pre-and post-enforcement of the project.Result After conduct of the project,patients were more satisfied with nursing service than before its conduct and the nurses made fewer mistakes at service as well（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The enforcement of high quality nursing service demonstration project may improve the nursing service,standardize their acts,and increase nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction degree.
