摘要
传统蒙药复方特润舒都乐提取物具有很强的广谱抑菌作用,为鉴定该复方药物抑菌的有效成分,本研究采用柱色谱和薄层色谱分离方法进行药物成分的提取,并通过质谱(MS)、核磁共振(NMR)等方法对提纯的化合物进行鉴定。鉴定结果表明,提纯的化合物分子结构为大黄酚(Chrysophanol),大黄酚化合物为该复合药物的主要抗菌成分。
Our previous studies showed that the extracts from the traditional Mongolian medical complex （TMMC） of TRSDL had effectively antibacterial activity to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in vitro and fin vivo. To identify the antimicrobial compound of TMMC, the components were extracted by column and thin layer chromatography, which were analyzed by mass spectroscopy （MS） and nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） to identify the molecular structure of the compounds. The results showed that the chemical compound was the chrysophanol, indicating that was an important component for antibacterial activity in the TMMC.
