摘要
选用小麦为供试材料,探究不同质量浓度银杏叶聚戊烯醇提取物对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,低质量浓度聚戊烯醇(20和50 mg/L)能够促进小麦种子的萌发和幼苗生长,发芽率为77.67%,苗高14.36 cm,根长16.40 cm,种子的淀粉酶活性增强,为14.75 mg/(g.min),根系活力增强,达到109.35μg/(g.h)。而高质量浓度(100 mg/L)聚戊烯醇,对小麦种子的萌发及幼苗生长呈现出一定的抑制作用,淀粉酶活性和根系活力降低,分别为9.82 mg/(g.min)和21.12μg/(g.h)。
Effects of polyprenols from Ginkgo biloba L.leaves with different concentrations on wheat seed germination and seedlings growth were studied.The results indicated that the low concentrations(20 and 50 mg/L)of polyprenols could enhance seed germination and seedling growth due to promotion of the activity of amylase and root.Its germination rate was 77.67%,theheight was 14.36 cm,the length was 16.4 cm.The activity of amylase and root were 14.75mg/(g·min)and 109.35μg/(g·h),respectively.The high concentration(100 mg/L)of polyprenols had inhibition of seed germination and seedling growth.It reduced amylase activity and root activity.The activity of amylase and root were 9.82 mg/(g·min)and 21.12μg/(g·h),respectively.
