摘要
本文系统综述了中药有效成分提取方面目前比较先进的方法,这些方法包括超临界流体提取技术、超声波提取技术、微波萃取技术、酶法提取技术、膜提取分离技术、分子印迹技术和分子蒸馏法;介绍了这些提取方法的原理、特点及应用现状;同时,指出这些提取方法目前存在的问题,探讨了这些提取方法未来的发展方向。
The principles, characteristics and present application situations of some advanced extraction memoos for active ingredients of Chinese Herbal Drugs, including supercritical fluid extraction, ultrasound extraction, microwave extraction, enzymatic extraction, membrane extraction, molecular engram extraction and molecular distillation extraction are summarized systematically.The present cases and future development on these extraction methods are discussed.
