摘要
目的观察葎草煎剂对腺嘌呤所致大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭(Chronic renal failure,CRF)模型的影响。方法用Wistar大鼠灌服腺嘌呤,建立CRF模型,分葎草高、中剂量组(30,15g生药·kg^(-1))及肾衰宁胶囊组(2.625 g·kg^(-1))治疗,观察血尿素氮(BUN)和肌酐(Scr)、血清Na^+,K^+,C^-浓度的变化。结果葎草高、中剂量组及肾衰宁胶囊组均能降低血BUN,Scr,改善电解质水平。结论葎草煎剂对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾功能衰竭大鼠有治疗作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Humulus scandens Merr. （HSM） on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods The rats were fed with adenine to establish the chronic renal insurfficient anemia model, and then they were divided into three groups separatedly fed with HSM（high or middle dosage） and Shenshuaining capsule, and then the levels of BUN and Scr, and Na^＋ , K^＋ , Cl^- were observed. Results HSM could significantly decrease serum levels of BUN and Scr, ameliorate the electrolyte. Conclusion HMS has therapeutic action on CRF in rats.
