摘要
目的 :采用 HPL C法测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮甙含量。方法 :选用 ODS3柱 ,甲醇 - 0 .4%磷酸溶液 (5 0 :5 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 370 nm。结果 :线性范围在 0 .6 45~ 2 .5 80μg(r=0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率为99.34 % ,RSD为 1.0 6 (n=5 ) ,所测定 3个厂家生产的 9批银杏叶提取物的含量在 2 4.1%~ 2 8.8%之间。结论 :方法简便快速 ,适合于银杏叶提取物的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To determine total flavonol glycosides of Ginkgo bilobaextract (GBE).METHODS:HPLC conditions:ODS 3 column 5 um, 250mm×4.6mm,id.Methanol0.4%H 3PO 4(v/v 50:50) as a mobile phase,and UV detection at 370mm.RESULTS:The linearity range was 0.645-2.580 mg with a correlation coefficient r=0.9999.The average recovery with RSD being 99.34%±1.06.CONCLUSIONS:It was covinient,rapid and accurate,this method could be used for quality control of GBE.
