摘要
用高效液相色谱法（ＨＰＬＣ）成功地分离和制备了芦苇叶中天然抗氧化成分黄酮类化合物，并进行了定性和定量分析。
As the main antioxidative components in leaves of reed(Phragmites communisTrin),the flavonoids were separated and collected by using High Performance Liquid Chromatography to prepare the pure compounds for the identification of the flavonoids structures. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of thes flavonoids were represented.
