摘要
为评价健康教育对中专学生健康营养知识、态度和行为影响的效果 ,将 2 82名中专学生随机分为教育组和对照组。在教育组中 ,采用讲课等形式进行了 6个月的健康教育 ,对照组不进行健康教育。使用问卷调查来比较他们在开展健康教育前、后健康营养知识、态度和相关行为的变化。结果发现 :和对照组相比 ,开展健康教育后教育组学生的健康营养知识水平显著提高 ,态度明显改善 ,吸烟率明显降低。这说明健康教育采用的方式和内容是行之有效的 ,可以在今后的工作中运用和推广。
In order to evaluate the impact of health education on changing knowledge of health and nutrition,attitudes and behavior among technical students 282 students were enrolled for this study They were divided into education group(n=143)and control group(n=139)randomly The education group was treated with health education classes for 6 months,while the control group did not receive any health education at school during the health education period Questionnaire survey was used for collecting information on students'knowledge,attitudes and behavior before and after health education The changes of knowledge,attitudes and behavior of the students were compared using X 2 test The results indicated that their knowledge on health and nutrition,and attitudes improved,while smoking rate decreased significantly after health education It is concluded that health education is effective in changing students' health knowledge,attitudes and behavior
