摘要
目的:调查中、高职护理专业学生对性健康知识教育前后的掌握情况,评价教育干预效果,为性教育课程的设置提供参考依据。方法:采用自制问卷调查法,对315名中、高职护生进行性健康知识教育前问卷调查,针对调查的结果设计相应的性健康教育课程,教育学生后再次使用同样的问卷进行调查。结果:中、高职护生性健康知识教育前问卷得分:24.05±5.11;教育后问卷得分:33.31±5.70,性健康知识掌握较好的人员百分比从63%提高到90%。结论:护生性健康知识掌握得分在教育干预后均得到提高,对中、高职护生针对性实施的性健康知识教育课程具有较好的效果,应积极推广。
Objectives: To evaluate the sexual health knowledge level of nursing vocational school students before and after sex education, to evaluate the education intervention effect, and to provide a reference for the sexual education curriculum. Methods: Self- designed questionnaires were applied to 315 vocational school students to evaluate their sexual health knowledge. Based on the survey results, a sexual health education curriculum was designed and practiced for the students. After the education intervention, the same questionnaire was again administered to understand the students' sex knowledge level. Results: Students showed higher scores ( 24.05 + 5.11 ) in their sexual health knowledge after the education than they did before the education ( 33.31 +5.70 ). The percentage of students who have a good command of sexual health knowledge increased from 63% to 90%. Conclusion: Nursing vocational school students show a better command of sexual health knowledge after the sex education inter- vention. It is necessary to promote sexual health education for vocational school students.
