摘要
目的:观察低剂量点阵铒激光进行面部皮肤年轻化的临床疗效及副作用。方法:随机选取30例患者,应用低剂量点阵铒激光进行面部治疗,分别于治疗前和治疗后1个月应用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪和Soft 5.5皮肤性质测试仪对患者皮肤进行定量分析和评价。结果:患者自觉轻度红斑及疼痛,未见其他不良反应。治疗后1个月与治疗前比较,斑点、红质、纹理、棕色斑、毛孔、紫质均有改善(P<0.05);紫外线色斑、皱纹变化不明显。Soft 5.5检测指标显示,治疗后油脂分泌比治疗前减少,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05);水分、pH值和弹性的变化不明显。患者总体满意度达82.5%。结论:低剂量点阵铒激光治疗面部皮肤光老化的副作用轻微,患者耐受性好,疗效明显,该方法可以作为面部皮肤光老化的治疗选择之一。
Objective To observe the clinical effeciency and side effects of facial skin rejuvenation treated by low energy fractional Er：YAG laser. Methods Thirty patients with facial skin aging were enrolled randomly in study. Subjects received low energy fractional Er：YAG laser treatment, their skin properties were evaluated and analyzed by VISIA complexion analysis system and Soft 5.5 skin property system before treatment and after 1 month. Results All patients felt erythema and pain slightly when they got the treatment and no other side effects were found. The clinical feature with spots, red area, texture,brown spots, purple mass and pores were better improved after one month than that beforetreatment（P〈0.05）, wrinkles and UV pigment spots hadn＇t changed. The data measured by Soft 5.5 skin property system showed that the value of grease was decreased （P〈0.05）.The values of moisture, pH and elasticity were no changed. The patients satisfactory degree was 82.5%. Conclusions The low energy fractional Er：YAG laser is an effective treatment for facial rejuvenation with a favorable recovery and side effect profile.
