摘要
促进教育信息化均衡发展的根本是要实现教育资源的共建共享。对此,本文着重分析了如何基于云计算打造区域教育云,实现区域内软硬件资源共享,并提出了由政府牵头、教师参与的教学资源共建共享模式及其使用的保障机制。
The foundation of prompting educational information equilibrium development is to realize co -construction and sharing of educational resources. Educational resources include software and hardware resources, instructional resources and teacher resources. From the front two aspects , this article analyzed to construct regional educational cloud based on cloud computing to realize sharing of regional software and hardware resources, and proposed the model of co - construction and sharing of instructional resources leaded by government and participated by teachers, as well as the guarantee mechanism of its use.
