摘要
"农村中小学现代远程教育工程"是用教育信息化带动农村教育现代化发展的一次伟大实践,其通过试点阶段——初探信息技术应用、全面实施阶段——信息技术的推广和普及应用、深化应用阶段——信息技术应用的深化,开创了农村基础教育信息化的新时代。"农村中小学现代远程教育工程"的发展对我国基础教育信息化的启示是:要加强农村信息基础设施建设,完善硬件配置;加强共享的、适用的区域性数字化资源中心建设;加强信息化人才培养,建设高素质的教师队伍;加强信息技术与学科课程深度整合,不断创新教育教学模式;保障经费投入;提高教育管理信息化水平。
The ＂project of modern distance education of rural primary and middle schools＂ is a great practice, which aims to promote the modernization of rural education through education informatization. It has initiated a new era of elementary education in rural areas with pilot stage, the comprehensive implementation stage and the in-depth application stage of information technology. The development of the project has provided enlightenments to our basic educational informatization as follows： strengthening the construction of information infrastructure and hardware configuration; reinforcing sharing and applicable regional digital resources center; strengthening the talent training, and building a high-quality teacher team, enhancing the in-depth integration of curriculum with information technology for the innovation of teaching mode continuously, guaranteeing funds investment and improving the informatization level of education management.
