The New Development of Emulsification Techniques

摘要 乳化工艺可分两种 :一是物理化学法 ,一是机械法。最近用于制造O /W和W /O型的物理化学工艺取得了很大进展。这些方法中有 :转相乳化法、D相乳化法、HLB温度乳化法、微乳化法、凝胶乳化法、液晶乳化法 ,对这些方法作了概述 ,还对有机膨润土包覆非离子的乳化法和微乳玻璃乳化法进行了讨论。 Emulsification techniques have been classified into the following two methods such as physicochemical method and mechanical process.Recently,some physicochemical technics have been developed for preparing O/W and W/O type emulsions.The characteristics of emulsion prepared by phase inversion method,D phase method,HLB temperature method,microemulsion method,gel formation method,and liquid crystalline method are summarized in this article.An emulsification method which used swellable clay minerals consisting a nonionic surfactant and organophilic monmollironite is described.Furthermore,a micro porous glass(MPG) method is mentioned.The emulsification mechanism of these emulsifing technics are also described.
