摘要
跟踪观察了D相法乳化过程电导率与乳液状态的变化,测定乳液的粒径和稳定性,对D相法乳化进行了描述,并对其形成机理进行了解释.考察了助乳化剂(丙三醇)、乳化剂[十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)]、水用量等因素对乳液性能与乳化过程的影响.结果表明:当丙三醇0.4 g、SDBS 0.4 g、OP-10 0.4 g、D4 40 g、水20 g时,可以制备稳定性能优异的D4乳液.水的用量对体系电导率及稳定性的影响符合斯泰恩双电层模型理论.
The changes of conductivity and emulsion state during the formation of emulsification by D phase method were observed.The particle size and stability of emulsion was measured and the emulsification by D phase method were described and investigated according to its' formation mechanism.The influences of assistant emulsifier(glycerol),emulsifier sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS),octyl phenol polyethenoxy ether(OP-10) and water amount on the emulsion property and emulsification were studied.The results showed that D4 emulsion with excellent stability could be prepared under the condition,0.4 g of glycerol,0.4 g of SDBS,0.4 g of OP-10,40 g of D4 and 20 g of water.Stern double layer model was adopted to interpret the change of the conductivity and stability as a function of water amount.
