摘要
结合人力资源管理课程,分析了学生本位教学模式的内涵,并从学生本位的教学内容、学生本位的教学方式、学生本位的教学环境三个方面探讨建立学生本位的人力资源管理教学模式。
In this article, the author analyses the connotation of ＂Student-Oriented＂ on human resources management course. The model of ＂Student-Oriented＂ on Human Resources Management course includes： ＂Student-Oriented＂ of teaching content; ＂Student-Oriented＂ of teaching method; ＂Student-Oriented＇of teaching environment.
