摘要
高校思想教育工作必须承认学生本位的客观存在,全面认识学生思想活动的规律,研究学生的心理行为特征,分析学生的潜在能力,了解学生的价值追求,努力寻求激励学生进步的工作方法,达到运用先进管理手段,帮助学生树立正确的价值观及人生观。
It is an objective situation that student-oriented principle should be adopted.By this principle,rules of student＇s ideological activities can be recognized to research their psychological characteristics,potential,incentives and finally approaches of encouragement to help students establish sound values and life goals.
