摘要
通过在热重分析仪上对高磷铁矿不同碱度配比的直接熔融还原动力学试验,获取还原过程的热重数据(TG)和差热扫描量热数据(DSC).首先利用TG-DSC曲线对整个氧化铁的碳直接还原过程进行了动力学机理分析,得到了惠民铁矿中氧化铁的直接还原过程特征;其次采用时间序列分析(Visual Recurrence analysis)中的相重构分析技术提取了高磷铁矿冶炼效果较好的碱度动态图特征,并对其特征进行了热力学阐释.该研究结果对了解高磷铁矿碳热还原规律具有一定的意义.
A series of direct smelting reduction experiments are carried out with high phosphorous iron ore of the different alkalinity by thermogravimetric analyzer.The thermogravimetric(TG) data and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) are obtained from the experiments.Firstly the kinetic mechanism for the direct reduction of iron oxide in carbon are analyzed by the TG-DSC curve,and the reduction characteristics of iron oxide in Huimin iron ore are then obtained.Meanwhile the phase reconstruction analysis techniques of time series analysis(Visual Recurrence analysis) is employed to extract the dynamic map features for the alkalinity where reduction effect is better,and the characteristics are explained in thermodynamics.The results are helpful to understand the carbothermal reduction law of high-phosphorus iron ore.
